Enjoy FREE domestic shipping on orders over $175 and FREE international shipping on orders over $250. For all other orders, the following shipping fees apply:

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 6-10 business days. For expedited shipping, expect delivery within 3-7 business days once your order ships.

International Orders

For international orders, allow 10-15 business days for delivery. Please note that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are not covered by RAC. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed during delivery.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Use this to stay updated on your shipment’s progress.

Pre-Order Items

If you've pre-ordered an item, please be aware that your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. If you'd prefer to receive other items sooner, consider placing separate orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer Route Package Protection to safeguard your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Fees are $0.98 for orders under $100 and 2% of your subtotal for orders over $100. If you opt out, RAC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you’ve chosen Route Protection, you can file a claim through the link provided in your confirmation email.
