Returns and Exchanges

At RAC, we want you to feel great about every piece you purchase. If it’s not a perfect fit, here’s how we can help:

Domestic Returns:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. If you'd prefer to exchange or receive store credit, you have 30 days to initiate the return process. Once your return is initiated, you'll have 7 days to ship your item(s) back.

  • A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless you're exchanging or opting for store credit.
  • Exchanges are only processed once, and if your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Please ensure that returned items are new, unworn, and undamaged. If we receive items showing signs of wear or damage, we’ll reach out regarding next steps for reimbursement or store credit. If returning part of a set, the cost of the retained item will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes:
  • Final Sale: Sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping Fees: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Swimwear Returns:

Swimwear must be returned in its original condition with tags and liners intact. If tags or liners are missing, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.

International Return Policy

We want you to love your RAC purchase, but if something isn’t right, international orders are eligible for return within 21 days of delivery. To start the return process, visit our return portal here.

Please note: We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. You’ll need to ship your items to our warehouse using any prepaid, trackable method. Don’t forget to include your order number and name inside the package for reference.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please process it as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition. Any items returned showing signs of wear or damage will be assessed, and you will be contacted directly regarding store credit or reimbursement.
  • If you ordered a set but wish to return only part of it, you will be charged the full price of the item you keep, and the difference will be refunded.
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.
