- WHAT ARE YOUR MOQ's? (MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES)

Our MOQ starts at one item.
For our Custom Program our MOQ starts at 100 pieces.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

For defective items, we will issue a refund for the affected pieces.
Usually, there shouldn’t be too many defective pieces as we manage each step carefully and do QC for samples, fabric and after production is completed.
- IS YOUR FACTORY ETHICAL?

We are committed to ethical fair trade practices to prevent the exploitation of workers or natural resources in the manufacturing of clothing.
Our factories do not have forced labour practices, which means that no one is forced to work overtime against their wishes and if they do work overtime, there is an extra overtime pay allowance.
The manufacturing facilities are equipped with proper lighting & sanitation facilities and the working conditions and equipment are safe as possible to prevent work-related injuries.
Some examples are that there are no exposed electrical wiring/sockets, there is sufficient space between workstations, and safety equipment like steel mesh and gloves and facemasks are available for use.
- DO YOU PRESHRINK THE GARMENTS?

We preshrink all fabrics before cutting & sewing them for bulk production, to reduce shrinkage to acceptable levels when you received and wash the final product.
- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange process. Your preferred item will ship to you right away.

- WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES FOR CUSTOM ITEMS?

Our lead times for our Custom Program is 21 working days from the payment of order.
- WHAT INKS DO WE USE FOR SCREEN PRINTING?

For Screen Printing on light-coloured fabric, we will use water-based inks.
For Screen Printing on dark-coloured fabrics, we will use plastisol inks.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).
All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country.
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims. You have the option to request a required signature upon delivery of your package in the notes section in your shopping cart. - DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
